Reservation Policy:

    * The entire amount of booking for the total period of stay has to be paid in order to confirm the booking.
    * The package rate is subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:

A non commissionable charge of 25% is levied as minimum cancellation charges. 50% if cancelled less then 30 days.

Hotel Terms & Conditions:

All Taxes Extra as applicable.

• The check in check out time is 12.00 hours late check outs and early check in are subjected to availability. Check outs after 16.00 hours are subject to charges. All arrivals prior to 06.00 hours are billed from the previous night.

• In case of cancellation, please do retain the cancellation number, in the absence of which a retention charge will be levied.

• The room tariff is applicable per room per night. Taxes, Service charge and other levies are additional wherever applicable.

• Guaranteed room reservations not cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival, will attract charge equivalent to one night’s room tariff.

• Guests are requested to settle their bill directly at the time of check out. Personal cheque are not accepted and signing facility as extended only to those corporate accounts enjoying a credit facility with the hotel.

Guests are required to carry a valid identity proof and produce the same at the checkin.

Child Policy -

No Charges for child below 5 years.
Above 5-10 Years only food will be charged.
Above 10 year will be treated as extra person.

Term & Conditions :
1.  Reservation will stand cancelled if the tourist fails to avail of the accommodation within 12 hours of his scheduled time of arrival at a resort.
2.  In Case the tourist shortens the duration of his proposed day the advance paid for the unoccupied period will not be adjusted. No refund will be admissible.
3.  100% Advance required for the entire duration of stay at time of booking.
